Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Experience in customer service or support roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively.
Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Location:Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Duration of the Assignment:12 months
