Customer Service Support

•?  Contact and follow up potential customers via WhatsApp chat, phone call, and email.
•?  ?Attend to customer inquiries and ensure timely response and resolution.
•?  ?Communicate pricing, promotions, product features, and benefits clearly.
•?  ?Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
•?  ?Encourage customers to make a purchasing decision and guide them through the final steps of the sales process (e.g., payment, scheduling, delivery).
•?  ?Maintain and nurture relationships with customers to drive repeat business or upsell opportunities.
•?  ?Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
•?  ?Update client records and ensure customer information is accurate in the company's database.
•?  ?Adhere to the policies, procedures, and KPI set by the company.
•?  ?Perform other duties assigned by the Manager to support the team and operational goals.
