-Proficient in managing multi-channel operations, including telephone, email, chat and social media.
-Adept in English verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in verbal Mandarin communication.
-Holding a minimum of SPM -Motivating and mentoring leader, driving your team to excel and achieve performance goals.
-Adept at staying cool under pressure, ensuring every task is seen through to completion -Multitasking leader, adept at setting priorties and meeting deadlines with ease.
