Details of the offer

1.Technical Support Specialists-Handle complex technical queries, provide troubleshooting guidance, and assist in diagnosing technical issues.
2.Technical Account Managers-Act as liaisons between customers and the technical team, manage key accounts, and provide personalized support.
3.Product/Technical Trainers-Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for the Customer Service team.
4.Technical Documentation Specialists-Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
5.Customer Experience Analysts-Analyze customer feedback and support interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
