Responsibilities:To service air-conditioning model on RAC (Room Air-Cond), PAC (Package Air-Cond) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) equipment.
To troubleshoot air-conditioning unit at site.
To investigate air-conditioning warranty issues.
To prepare service report and explain to the customer.
To prepare technical documents.
Assist Service Department in training, service activities and to provide technical support.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with air-conditioning technical knowledge and air-conditioning servicing experience.
Excellent command of English & Malay (verbal and written). Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
