Handle complaints with a positive attitude and escalate to a superior.
Perform table setting, general housekeeping, and cleaning duties.
Assist in overseeing the club's food hygienic SOP, rules & regulations.
Have basic knowledge of food & beverage, customer service skills, safety guidelines, and teamwork.
Handle Point-Of-Sales (POS) systems as necessary.
Undertake other duties as assigned by a superior from time to time.
