Customer Service - Trace Specialist

ResponsibilitiesWork on traces that originate from service stations and other countries.
Create outbound traces and follow up as necessary.
Make outbound calls to follow up on the trace and escalation cases.
Update and send daily reports.
Standby to clear any tasks assigned by management for earlier work hours.
Investigate root causes of issues faced by shippers or consignees and provide accurate resolutions.
Respond to shipper or consignee inquiries in a timely manner via email.
Update statuses of issues on CRM.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Job RequirementsEducation: Minimum STPM / Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in using CRM modules.
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Candidates with a logistics background are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner - ability to communicate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Typing speed of > 65 WPM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Candidates who can read, write, and speak in Mandarin will have an advantage.
