What you'll be doing Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant for our cafe and karaoke business. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with orders and reservations, and ensuring that every visitor has an enjoyable experience. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers as they enter the cafe and karaoke venue.Take food, drink, and karaoke room reservations in person, over the phone, and through online platforms.Answer customer inquiries, provide information about our menu and services, and assist in recommending options based on customer preferences.Service and Order Management Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.Ensure that all customer orders are accurate and served in a timely manner.Assist with setting up karaoke rooms as per customer bookings and requests.Operational Support Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, karaoke rooms, and service areas.Restock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, as needed.Help monitor and manage customer wait times, especially during peak hours.Cash Handling & Reporting Process customer payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accuracy in daily cash-outs.Support in maintaining accurate records of sales, stock, and inventory.Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and courteously.Collaborate with other team members and management to address any customer service concerns effectively.Promotions & Upselling Promote current offers, events, and upcoming services to customers.Encourage additional purchases through upselling techniques, including suggesting premium options and add-ons.What we're looking for Customer-Oriented: Demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent customer service and enjoys interacting with people.Team Player: Able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.Proactive: Shows initiative in identifying and resolving issues before they escalateCandidates available for an immediate start will be given priority.
