Customer Services Executive

Job Responsibilities:Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints on shipment consignment (airfreight, seafreight, trucking).
Responsible for the proper and smooth handling of individually assigned customer's shipment.
Ensure correct data key in and documentation.
Notify and pre-alert the shipment arrangement.
Requirements:Diploma holder and above, in any discipline.
Candidate(s) with relevant experience in Forwarding and logistics are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
