Customer Services

Salary : RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month, depends on the qualification and experience.- Handling new & existing customer enquiry.- Provide services support & documentation support to customer- Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist sales-person to track order.- Daily operation Invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery- Resolve the customer service issue.- Able to visit customer to provide professional services- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.- EPF / SOCSO / EIS- Training will be provided- Requireds skills : Microsoft Office- Required languages : English & Mandarin (**Mandarin are compulsory to serve mandarin speaking customer)****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (preferred)
