Customer Services Representative - Pasir Gudang

The jobholder has responsibility for ensuring that he/she works to the agreed departmental processes in order to provide excellent customer service whilst still complying with local regulations.
Role Purpose:
You will ensure that you work to the departmental processes in order to provide excellent customer service whilst complying with local regulations.
Supervise the organizing the receipt and processing of orders, ensuring that customer requirements are met, and providing compliant documentation for the logistics activities to customers or between sites.
Handling and ensuring the correct workflow of external complaints.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding:Acts as the first line of service for the customers, having the ability to serve them and to coordinate any commercial, technical or operational issues.
Order & Contract Management:Communicates with customers to ensure order entry and amendments are carried out according to customer requirements. Verifies order information to ensure correct and compliant documentation is issued. Communicates with internal departments and external companies to ensure that orders are dispatched in line with customer requirements whenever possible. Ensure proper follow-up on orders (e.g. order tracking, order changes, and managing pre-payments). Raise order and invoice samples. Perform Billing (including credit notes).
Customer Inquiry Handling:Accepts and logs (CRM) external complaints and provides feedback after an investigation by the QA Manager and in consultation with the Sales Manager.
Data Management:Updates systems and shipment files to ensure the work trail can be audited if required.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant field or prior experience in customer services in an international environment.
Able to work independently, as well as diplomatic and performance & action-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience using SAP for daily transactional activities.
English – advanced verbal & writing.
Local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
