**Job Purpose and Scope of Position**:- **Responsible for customer service towards customers (being Distributors/Agents/Subsidiaries) according to defined criteria and guidelines.**:- Work to be conducted according to the company's policy, safety and Quality management system, specifically relevant is the quality handbook and its work instructions.**Main task key responsibilities**:- **Responsible for the defined customers in AX**:- Receive, create and confirm all sales orders and secure proper shipment planning- Coordinate with planning department shipments out of PAMY and PADK (including PANL items) for above defined customers.*- Responsible for the contact with logistic partners and authorities on order/shipping documents.- **Responsible for all shipments out of PAMY incl. document handling in cooperation with PADK.**:- Participate in creating" offers" for customers (main responsibility within sales)- **Handling of certificates, documents and shipping documents. Ensure all documents are properly processes according to customer. **This also includes certificates/documents from official agencies.- **Handle customer specific labels, questionnaires and customer claims.**:- Shall adhere to all company policies, rules and regulation and committed to company's quality and continuous improvement programs such as MS ISO 9001, GMP and HACCP.**Qualification**:- **Possess at least Diploma**:- Proven experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics coordination.- Familiarity with order management and inventory software systems.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.- Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation is a plus.**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
