Job Description:
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level role with minimum 4 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of our services.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive customer success.
4. Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
5. Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services industry.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Driven and resilient with the ability to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
8. Critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs.
