Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. This is a full-time entry-level position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, possess strong research skills, and demonstrate excellent people management abilities.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with our products or services- Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and challenges- Communicate with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat to address their concerns and provide solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key findings- Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
