RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible foranswering & screening telephone calls, messaging & email.
Expedite customer complaints and follow up to ensurecustomer satisfaction.
Undertake any specific assignments, ad-hoc jobs, and related duties as required.
Perform other administrative functions includingdaily and monthly reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferable language(s):Mandarin with writing and oral skills.
Must have good interpersonal,communication, and customer serviceskills.
Must beindependent, self-disciplinedwith astrong work ethicand well-organized.
Capable ofmulti-taskingefficiently.
Excellentplanning and time managementskills.
