In this role, you'll learn about financial technology, support our Customer Success team, and build great relationships with clients.
What You'll Be Doing: -Support the Team: Keep our customer database organized and up to date.
-Customer Communications: Help draft emails and reply to customer questions via chat.
-Onboarding Clients: Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring their details are correct.
-Build Relationships: Work with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our platform.
-Learn and Grow: Attend industry events (if any) and coordinate with the team on exciting campaigns.
-Problem Solving: Help resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

-Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in different cultural environments.
-Strong project management and communications skills.
-Able to write with clarity and comprehensively  -Well-versed with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
