This job is a Customer Success Intern on the Sales/Business Development team.
Assist in marketing campaigns, PR, and client support.

ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the execution of marketing and PR campaigns.
Coordinate internal communication between departments such as the Business Development Team and Ad Ops team to support the execution of social content and influencer marketing, which are essential components of modern PR campaigns.
This involvement encompasses both digital marketing and social media marketing.
Providing clients with assistance under senior guidance, including addressing inquiries, managing portfolios, and aiding in account maintenance.
Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Passionate in the advertising and digital marketing industry.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, G Suite.
Must commit at least 3 months of internship.
