Customer Success / Key Account Executive

The Offer A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities The Job You will be responsible for : Relationship Management: Build and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth and loyalty.
Retention and Renewal: Minimize churn and maximize customer renewals by analyzing customer health metrics and addressing potential issues.
Customer Engagement: Improve customer engagement and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Customer Management: Understand customer needs and map them to our solutions, working closely with the product development team.
Operational Efficiency: Leverage of Sales Performance Standard (SPS), SFDC and dashboard for performance monitoring, management, and process improvement.
Performance Metrics: Key performance indicators like churn, renewal rate, revenue uplift, ARPU, and CSAT.
The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Customer Success role, ideally within the FinTech and IT Services industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
