**Job Description:**
As a Customer Success Manager at UEM Sunrise Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. This position is designed for a resourceful and confident individual who can effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and strategize to deliver outstanding results. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, and ultimately drive customer loyalty and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to tailor services and solutions accordingly.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.

2. **Onboarding and Training:**
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of products and services.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and utilize UEM Sunrise platforms effectively.

3. **Strategic Planning and Problem Solving:**
- Collaborate with clients to define success metrics; formulate strategies to achieve those goals.
- Identify potential roadblocks impacting client satisfaction and proactively address them.
- Analyze client performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

4. **Coordination and Communication:**
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and swift issue resolution.
- Manage and escalate client concerns swiftly, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

5. **Feedback Collection and Reporting:**
- Gather and synthesize client feedback to drive continual improvements in service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on client status, satisfaction levels, and potential growth opportunities.

6. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and expectations.
- Participate in internal meetings to provide insights on customer needs and potential service enhancements.

7. **Growth and Revenue Generation:**
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to existing clients, contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Monitor client renewal periods and ensure timely engagement to secure extensions and contracts.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in customer success, account management, or a related role in the property development industry.
- **Skillset:**
- Strong people management skills with the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities to align client needs with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
