Role Description
Bridge Data Centres (BDC) is hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager based in Johore, Malaysia.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving customer retention goals.
This is an on-site role located in Johore, Malaysia.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills and Customer Retention abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in customer success or account management
Experience in the technology or data center industry is a plus
