Job Description:

As a Customer Success Officer at Eco World Development Group Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and priorities.
2. Proactively engage with customers to address any issues or concerns they may have.
3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and work towards continuous improvement.
5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed.
6. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
7. Participate in customer feedback sessions and incorporate feedback into product development.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for customer service.
3. Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
4. Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
