Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.2. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.3. Excellent communication and people management skills.4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.5. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
