Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team, working from home in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, possess strong project management skills, and have a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty- Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and provide optimal solutions- Analyze customer data and provide insights to help improve service offerings and customer experience- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies- Monitor and track customer success metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer service efforts- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer value

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment
