What You'll Be Doing:
Launching Success: Assist clients in the seamless launch and ongoing management of their online stores (Don't worry, we provide stellar training to set you up for success!)
Technical Mastery: Rapid-response troubleshooting and system analysis to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Growth Partner: Identify opportunities during client interactions and collaborate with the sales team to fulfill additional needs for products or services.

Internet Maestro: A wizard in navigating the online realm with a background in Computer Science, IT, and equivalent.
Business and Marketing Strategist: Ideal for graduates in Business Studies and Marketing, leveraging your superior communication and problem-solving skills to foster strong customer relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the overall success of our clients.
Customer Champion: Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Multitasking Pro: Juggle tasks seamlessly and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.

Requirements:
Academic Prowess: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in relevant fields. (Such as Information Technology, Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field, and the flexibility to adapt to a remote work setup during the pandemic.
