Key Responsibilities: Represent the brand, culture, and values of the client.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Handle customer concerns positively and professionally.
Provide timely support through inbound phone calls and email.
Support customers in placing online orders.
Process payments and confidential client information securely.
Proactively support customers to protect the client's brand and customer loyalty.
Escalate priority issues when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support.
Share suggestions for improving service quality.
Keep skills up to date through continuous learning.
Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
