You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements Job Requirements Language Proficiency : Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Experience : 0-5 years in a customer service or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Background : Experience in customer service, customer success, or support is an advantage.
Flexibility : Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
Education : Open to all Malaysian citizens with relevant academic qualifications.
