### Job Description

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This part-time remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients while promoting sustainable practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our services.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Engagement:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, chat, and video calls.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback on our services.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively.

2. **Onboarding and Training:**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize our platform and services efficiently.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions that empower clients to maximize their success.

3. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Track and analyze customer usage metrics and engagement levels to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and deliver customized reports to clients that highlight performance achievements and recommend best practices.

4. **Problem Solving:**
- Analyze client challenges and provide strategic solutions that enhance their user experience and service adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Sales to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements to our offerings.

5. **Resource Management:**
- Identify and develop resources, tools, and processes that help enhance the customer experience and overall satisfaction.
- Remain well-informed about our service offerings and industry trends to answer clients' questions effectively.

6. **Renewals and Upselling:**
- Assist clients with the renewal process to ensure continuity of services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional features or services that may benefit the client.

7. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure continuity and clarity across the team.
- Prepare regular reports for management summarizing customer feedback, issues, and potential areas for growth.

### Requirements:

#### Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or related role.

#### Skills and Competencies:
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent decision-making abilities; adept at evaluating situations and developing appropriate actions.
- Strong strategic planning skills to assist clients in optimizing their engagement and success with our services.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
