Job Description:
Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a full-time, entry-level position with a requirement of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, confident, possess strong research and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for product or service improvements based on customer feedback
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1 year of experience in customer service or related field- Strong communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Previous experience with CRM software is a plus- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
