Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team at SIRIM Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and friendly manner- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers

Requirements:- Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service- Strong research and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries- Innovative mindset to continuously improve processes and procedures- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
