Job Responsibilities:Works as Technical Assistance Centre engineer based in Malaysia.
Acts as the technical point of contact for the engineering team, customer, and vendor. Organizes meetings/presentations to provide technical perspective of designated product line.
Analyzes network performance, resolves complex network problems, and optimizes network architecture.
Engages directly with project delivery team and customer to deliver technical solution services according to SLA.
Opportunity to travel for project assignments abroad.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline.
Related knowledge of products such as IMS, CS, PS, USC, RM-CBS&OCS, SDP, or VAS domains, with basic coding experience.
Minimum 1 year of customer support/project experience in telecommunication equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills are essential.
Mobile and flexible, willing to travel if and when required.
Willing to learn and resourceful.
