Requirements: Minimum Degree in Business Studies or its equivalentMinimum 4 years of working experience in the administration field Strong customer orientation, dynamic, self-motivation and planning skillsExecellent communication skills, able to convey infromation clearly and attentively with the ability to understand material and provide instructions to employeesAble to work independently and with maintaining a high degree of confidentialityStrong analytical and decision making skillsSystematic and organized with a collaborative team-oriented approach Responsibilities: Key account for assigned customers and handling all aspects of account managementMaintain consistent correspondence with customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updatesInvestigate and resolve customer issues, monitoring Turnaround Time (TAT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) Escalate urgent issues to management as neededMaintain detailed customer visit reports and respond to customer inquiries promptlyHandle and resolve customer complaints by gathering and evaluating all relevant informationMaintain a high level of rapport with customers, integrity, tactful and professionalism Conduct customer verifications and route unresolved issue appropriatelyDocument inquiries, comments, complaints, and the corresponding actions takenCoordinate with internal departments to address direct requests or resolve pending issuesFollow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolutionManage set processes, including scrap replacement and gap managementPrepare and send weekly and inspection reports to customersSupport logistics and forwarding needs, specifically related to airfoil partsCompile and analyze statistical data related to TAT performance, OTD, and customer complaints
