**Responsibilities**:- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly.- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.**Requirements**:- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer support: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
