Responsibilities Social Media Enquiry Handle all the customer enquiries from social media.Assist customer to look for their required product.Co-ordinate with outlet / E-Business to follow up customer for sales.Assist to promote our online e-store and social media activities included FB live.Birthday Call Call on customer birthday to surprise the customer.Customer who did not pick up the call need to follow up with whatsapp message.Call in advance for customer birth date during weekend.Inform customer their birthday entitlement during the conversation.Maintain good relationship with our team.Event Generate name list accordingly to the nature of the event such as diamond / gemstone / goldbar / gold jewellery.Compile all name list and e-mail to outlet for calling.Collect RSVP prior to event date.Perform invitation call to our top spender to the event.Reminder call to all those RSVP customers before event date.Assist outlet for customer turn up record / sales record / helping outlet attending customer during the event date.Travel extensively and willing to work during weekend & public holiday.Compile all the report for record after event.Membership Administration Support outlets operations for any member particulars / member points administration.Handling member redemption activities such as gift and voucher.Able to identify and reconcile any member particulars/redemption/transactions error and provide necessary solutions.Handling marketing communication such as email /sms /whatsapp.Prepare monthly report for member registration/ member demographic/ voucher redemption.Customer Feedback and Complaint Handle customer complaint from social media / email / call in.Obtain necessary information from customer and escalate to management.Follow up with outlet/ retail operation to ensure the complaint process has been followed up and resolved.Compound the feedback form from outlet and record customer feedback into report.Escalate and follow up any negative. Provide monthly feedback report to management / operation and audit department for future enhancement.Safety Deposit Box Operations Manage the operation and security of safe deposit box efficiently.Enforce stringent security measures, including verifying customer identities, ensuring that only authorized. personnel access the vault area, and monitoring the premises for any potential security breaches.Supervise and facilitate customer access to safe deposit boxes, ensuring all security protocols and procedures. are strictly followed during each transaction.Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and legal obligations related to safe deposit box. services, including handling unclaimed boxes or deceased customer protocols.Ensure customer's enquiries, requests and transaction are properly handled.Assist clients with inquiries regarding safe deposit box services, rental agreements, and access procedures. Guide customers through the rental process and ensure a smooth experience.Inform customers about rental renewals, changes in policies, or other essential information related to their safe deposit box.Maintain accurate records of safe deposit box rentals, customer details, and transaction logs. Conduct regular audits to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.Monitor the condition of vaults and safe deposit boxes. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and co-ordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or replacements as necessary. Requirement Bachelor of Business Studies / Mass Communication or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English, knowing mandarin will be added advantage.Good personality and customer service oriented.Have experience in handle customer enquiry / feedback.Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.Willing travel for work during weekend & public holiday (for events only)
