Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Penang Island. You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch support to ensure client satisfaction and growth. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional support to clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Assist clients with inquiries related to our software and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues or escalate them to the relevant team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and problem-solving.
Perform essential office tasks, including research, data scraping, and analytical work.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role.
Proficient in using CRM system and Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point and Words).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
