Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Serve as a first point of contact for handling incoming call, inquiry via Live Chat, phone, e-mail on timely and professional manner.
Create and maintain client accounts by updating account billing and payment for Domain and other related services.
Provide technical assistance to client and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support team efficiently and in accordance to the standard procedures.
Thorough follow up and keep Clients updated on status of issues raised by the client concerned.
Advise clients about latest company information and changes on policies and renewals when necessary.
Well-versed with Company products and services and introduce to Clients according to their business needs and requirement.
Working 5 days / week. 9.00am to 6.00pm. Salary will be reviewed upon confirmation.

Multi-tasking, prioritize work, manage time effectively
Qualification Requirement:
SPM / Diploma holder or higher qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in services industry, preferably in IT services industry.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
IT knowledge would be an added advantage.
