Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is looking for a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team on a remote basis in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to AirAsia's passengers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, bookings, cancellations, and other inquiries- Assist customers with managing their bookings, making changes, and processing refunds- Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and suggest innovative solutions to common problems

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Hardworking and able to work independently- Strong analytical skills and ability to think innovatively- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple inquiries at once- Proficient in using customer service software and platforms- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
