Job description:
S P Setia Berhad is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be a remote work position, allowing you flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.
Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes and procedures- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Confidence and adaptability in a remote work environment- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box- Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus
