Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and exceeding customer expectations- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer support- Excellent communication skills- Strong decision-making abilities- A team player with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- High school diploma or equivalent
