**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for Malaysia Airlines, providing exceptional service to customers across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. With a passion for helping others and a commitment to team cooperation, you will play a crucial role in upholding the positive reputation of our airline.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Resolve customer issues related to bookings, cancellations, flight changes, and other travel-related queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions to frequently arising customer issues, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Educate customers on Malaysia Airlines' policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring they have all necessary information for their travel experiences.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and collaboration among team members.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and customer service delivery, sharing insights with management as necessary.
- Support sustainability initiatives by promoting environmentally friendly travel options and practices to customers.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer support with a strong motivation to exceed expectations.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Strong cooperation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
