Customer Support Representative

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to customers on software via phone calls, emails and remote access.
Assist in setup, configuration and data migration works to new and existing customers.
Follow up unfinished jobs from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customers' inquiries or issues do not remain unattended.
Collaborate and communicate with the internal team to function as a team and meet customer needs.
Prepare training materials and online resources for customer reference.
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services.
Be guided by the company's service standards.
Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Job RequirementsCandidate must at least be SPM level and above.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
With own transportation.
Able to travel for work.
Possess good telephone etiquette with a friendly voice.
Ability to converse in Cantonese will be an added advantage.
