Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative working remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.5. Document customer interactions and transactions for future reference.6. Assist in training new customer support team members.7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets.
