What You Will Do Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and any changes in policies. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
