Customer Support Specialist (6-Months Contract)

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

What you will do:



-Utilize Zendesk software to track, manage, and resolve customer issues.


-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.


-Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and implement solutions.


-Provide regular feedback to the team and contribute to process improvements.


-Manage and resolve customer disputes, particularly charge disputes.


-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

; Requirements:- We expect from you:



-Minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer success or customer support role.


-Proficiency in using Zendesk software.


-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage disputes effectively.


-Grammatically correct in written and verbal both English and Mandarin


-This position is on six (6) months contract.


-Able to start in April 2025 - September 2024
