Job DescriptionAs aCustomer Support Specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
What you will do:
Utilize Zendesk software to track, manage, and resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and implement solutions.
Provide regular feedback to the team and contribute to process improvements.
Manage and resolve customer disputes, particularly charge disputes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job RequirementsWe expect from you:
Minimum of 2 years of experiencein a customer success or customer support role.
Proficiency in using Zendesk software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage disputes effectively.
Grammatically correct in written and verbal both English and Mandarin.
This position is on a six (6) months contract.
Able to start in April 2025 - September 2024.
