Job Description:
Provide customer support to manage, monitor, and engage customers via various platforms, including but not limited to, social media, email, phone, and chat.
Responsible to perform administrative, operational, and logistic tasks.
Respond promptly to customers on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.
Update superior from time to time on customer trends, frequently asked questions, and provide clear feedback or inputs.
Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel, including possible solutions or suggestions.
Assist the Marketing Team to execute social media strategy, content preparation, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to roll out campaigns and update customers promptly.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or relevant field. Graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in social media and customer service will be an advantage.
Fluency in verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia).
Have a passion for the health and beauty industry.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews, Marketplace, YouTube, etc.)
Possess a customer-focused mindset, a positive attitude, and a self-motivated personality.
Strength in multitasking and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, critical thinker, and have good problem-solving skills.
