Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are adaptable, motivated, and possess excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and complaints- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
