Who We Are Durioo+ is a dynamic tech start-up company located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia and also the creative mind behind the phenomenally successful preschool cartoons Omar & Hana and Didi & Friends. Both cartoons have amassed more than 18 million subscribers and an incredible 8 billion views on YouTube. As a proud Y-Combinator (W22) member, Durioo+ serves as a safe streaming platform for animations and videos designed specifically for Muslim children.
Durioo+ operates on a subscription-based model. We produce, co-produce, and license entertaining, ethical, and meaningful content tailored for Muslim children. Launched in February 2022, we already boast more than 36,000 paid subscribers and host over 9,000 pieces of content on our platform and numbers are growing every month. All our content is meticulously curated to align with Islamic teachings and values.
Our Mission We aim to build an ummah with Eeman, Akhlaq & Ilm by instilling good values, virtues, and Islamic teachings in children.
Our Future Plan Since launching the platform in February 2022, our focus has been on creating and licensing content while building a robust streaming platform. Durioo+ plans to expand with Durioo Games and Durioo Books by 2025.

Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can empathize with our customers' needs, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them in a timely manner. This role requires attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media in a prompt and professional manner.Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with products/services, including providing guidance and step-by-step instructions.Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to provide accurate and relevant information.Record and document customer interactions and issues using CRM systems.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights to help improve products/services.Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and service updates.Develop and optimize customer service software using AI technology to automate and improve response efficiency.Craft engaging and clear content for customer interactions, ensuring alignment with the Durioo+ brand voice.Handle direct interactions with users, providing high-quality service and support.Integrate and embody Durioo+ values in all aspects of customer service and interactions.Collaborate with the technology and customer service teams to implement solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
