Customer Tech Support

Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding system usage, integrations, troubleshooting and error resolution.Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Act as the primary liaison between the customers and the internal tech team.Understand system requirements and integration needs from customers, then design and implement integration solutions and workarounds.Keep up-to-date on system features, updates, and industry trends.Support projects, new business opportunities and existing customers. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.Show strong passion and dedication in delivering great customer service.Energetic person, fast learner, and good team player.Excellent communication skills with the ability and patience to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.Meticulous with logical thinking and problem-solving skills, preferably candidates with API and SQL knowledge.Independent, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.Good time management skills and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
