The Role Your responsibilities include: Contact new customers in the assigned region/territory to offer training – f2f and/or digital options - and achieve a target of training events delivered. Work in partnership with the CRM to identify/manage at risk customers to formalize a retention strategy. Prepare and deliver customize training courses to meet clients needs e.g topic, practice area, scenario and platform. Support sales activity by conducting product demonstrations, creating topic and practice area videos & demonstration scripts to support sales certification programs, as well as identifying up-sell and cross-sell activity and submit referral form for sales. Maintain up-to-date topical leading case knowledge to enable building appropriate examples which highlight the VP. Provide platform UAT and client feedback to support product development and enhancement releases. Timely and accurately record keeping with 24 hours of event - (client contact, training events, cases, ask a trainer). Ideal Profile You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Success / Training role, ideally within the the Legal Industry and/or Software / SaaS industry. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong networker & relationship builder You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard Training qualification and/or legal studies or law degree (which ever applicable to type of training provided) is a must Worked in a law firm or accountancy firm Understand legal or accountancy concepts, application and practice Native proficiency in spoken and written English and Malay language in order to communicate effectively with our customers Strong communication and highly developed presentation skills, with an ability to think on one's feet and communicate complex concepts to demanding groups of professionals Ability to field questions and control training/classroom environment Experience in the design and delivery of training programs Experience with preparation of support learning materials including user guides and research tips Experience in developing eLearning training modules Experience in conducting training needs analyses and adopting design methodologies to construct adulting learning programs What's on Offer?
