Customs Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the company's import and export customs declaration business, and sorting out the customs declaration data grant application.
Familiar with foreign trade and import and export business processes; prepare the necessary customs import and export documents according to orders, and independently complete the customs declaration to ensure timely customs clearance of goods.
Produce customs declaration documents, organize customs declaration files, and archive related customs clearance forms and evidence.
Inspect and follow up on front-line goods, liaising with customs and commodity inspection departments to ensure legal operation of all import and export matters.
Identify potential compliance risks in customs work according to laws and regulations, and improve customs-related workflows.
Identify and sort bonded information of Malaysian factories.
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues.
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Familiar with customs declaration business processes and relevant laws and regulations related to customs affairs and taxation.
Knowledge of various Incoterms.
Relevant experience in business, cross-border e-commerce, or international trade is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
